Payment

  • Full payment is required before delivery can be arranged.

Delivery & Storage

  • Delivery fees and timeframes vary by location.
  • You must provide accurate delivery and access details.
  • If delivery is missed, re-delivery costs apply.
  • Goods must be collected or delivered within 14 days of notification, or storage fees may apply.
  • Delivery requires a person aged 18+ to accept the goods.

Risk & Ownership

  • Risk and ownership pass to you upon delivery and receipt of full payment.

Warranty & Consumer Guarantees

  • Manufacturer warranties apply and are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Warranties cover manufacturing or material defects only.
  • Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, or commercial use.

Returns & Faulty Products

  • You are entitled to remedies for major or minor failures under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.

Cancellations & Change of Mind

  • Change-of-mind cancellations are not guaranteed.
  • If accepted, a cancellation fee of up to 30% may apply.
  • Made-to-order and custom products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus delivery and applicable fees.

Claims

  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty or consumer guarantee claims.
  • Products may need to be inspected or repaired before a remedy is provided.

General

  • Products are for domestic use unless stated otherwise.
  • Terms are governed by Australian state or territory law where the purchase is made.
