To maintain the appearance and performance of your Henry Electric Recliner:

·       Vacuum regularly using a soft upholstery attachment.

·       Wipe spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth.

·       Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

·       Keep away from direct sunlight to minimise fabric fading.

·       Do not force recliner mechanisms; always use electric controls.

·       Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended when required.

⚠️ Sofa covers are not designed to be removed. Any damage caused by unzipping or removing covers is not covered under warranty.

·       Structural Warranty: 5 years on the internal frame

·       Electrical Components Warranty: 2 years covering manufacturing faults only.

Warranty does not cover:

·       Fabric or upholstery

·       Zippers

·       Misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.

·       Damage caused by removing covers or incorrect use of electric mechanisms.
