Warranty period for products sold by Gatsby Living.
Sofa Warranty
Most sofas sold by Gatsby Living have a structural warranty of 5 years offered by the manufacturer. This excludes Australian Made sofas. Mis-use, accidental damage and general wear and tear of sofas are nor covered under warranty. There is no fabric warranty.
Australian Made sofas have a structural warranty of 1 year offered by the manufacturer. Mis-use, accidental damage and general wear and tear of sofas are nor covered under warranty. There is no fabric warranty.
Electrical parts such as chargers and electrical recliners have a limited warranty of 2 years which cover manufacturing faults. Mis-use and accidental damage of electrical parts are not covered under warranty.
Timber Furniture
Most timber furniture sold by Gatsby Living have a structural warranty of 2 years offered by the manufacturer. This includes dining tables, buffets, entertainment units, coffee tables, lamp tables and hall tables. Mis-use ,accidental damage and general wear and tear of timber furniture are nor covered under warranty.
Most dining chairs have a structural warranty of 1 year offered by the manufacturer. Mis-use, accidental damage and general wear and tear of dining chairs are nor covered under warranty. There is no fabric warranty.
Bed Warranty
Most bed frames and bed case goods sold by Gatsby Living have a structural warranty of 2 years offered by the manufacturer. This includes bed frames, bedside tables, tallboys, dressers and bed end benches. Mis-use, accidental damage and general wear and tear of bed frames and bed case goods are nor covered under warranty. There is no fabric warranty.
Accessories
There is no warranty on accessories sold by Gatsby Living.
Fabric Warranty
Products sold at Gatsby Living with fabric and leather sections are not covered under warranty. You can purchase an additional fabric or leather warranty through our participating stores. Please contact your store of purchase.
